If living in apartments or townhomes, or condominiums leave appliances outside of the door or inside by the door of your apartments or townhomes unless instructed otherwise. Customer will be held responsible for any and all damages that may occur. All merchandise should be placed out near curbside to prevent any damages from occurring. This includes: apartments, town homes, rental properties, personal homes, and businesses. Driver's are not allowed to go inside of customers home unless given the authority by customer only to take away appliances. Customer should have appliances detached from any outlets such as: dryer outlets, stove outlets, washer outlet, refrigerator outlets. or any water lines such as: refrigerator and dishwashers. Drivers will not be allowed to remove any appliances unless customer has already detached appliances for removal. In the event of an accident occurring from detaching of appliance due to customer liability while driver is permitted in the home, the customer will be solely responsible for any and all damages inside of home. Customer Authorizations are agreed upon during the booking process to enter inside of customer home, apartments, town homes, rental properties, personal homes, and businesses before providing inside of pickups. Customer will be solely responsible for any and all damages inside of home.
